1st Year Program Application Process

THE DETAILS

Application Deadlines:

  • SCHOOL YEAR STARTS: First day of school is TBD Early September 2025.

*NOTE: To lock in the applicant's desired tuition rate, the applicant must submit their application AND pay the required deposit by 11:59pm PST on the date of the required deadline.

THE PROCESS

  1. Complete the application and submit payment for your deposit. See fee schedule for required deposit amount.
  2. Send reference form links to your personal and pastoral references.
  3. Complete a phone interview with one of our team members.
  4. Upon acceptance, pay your remaining tuition (for the "pay-in-full" option) OR confirm your credit card information for your monthly payment plan.
    There will be nine (9) monthly auto-payments total. Your first payment sets the auto-payment schedule. So, if you make your first payment on the 2nd of the month, the payment will be drawn on the 2nd of each subsequent month until your balance is paid. Payment in full or your first monthly payment should be made within two (2) weeks of your acceptance notice.

Please note that we never want cost to be the only factor keeping you from walking in what God has for you. Partial scholarships and work study are available every year on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to apply for tuition assistance by checking the box on your program application. We will then send you a link to the Tuition Assistance Application, so that we can discuss your financial situation with you.
